(5) To be responsible for the macro-guidance of the development of small and medium-sized enterprises, formulate relevant policies and measures to promote the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in conjunction with relevant departments, and coordinate to solve relevant major problems。To guide and promote the construction of supporting service systems such as entrepreneurship, financing, guarantee and innovation for smes in the city。
